Throughout his illustrious career in Tinseltown, the star has always been known to catch the public’s attention because of his acting talents and his dashing good looks. In fact, during his time on the popular medical drama TV show he starred in, he garnered the name McDreamy.
Given his rep as a heartthrob in Hollywood, it’s no wonder he scored the esteemed media outlet’s title. As part of the officiation, the famous actor conducted a photo shoot with the magazine and sat down to talk with them about how he felt:
“I was completely shocked, and then I laughed. And I was like, ‘You’re kidding me. This is a joke, right?’”
He had been traveling on a plane from New York to Maine in the early morning when his phone rang, and he received the good news. For ten times, he was always featured as a runner-up until he finally managed to snag the title this year.

Moreover, Ford anticipates further losses, projecting up to $5.5 billion for 2024, particularly concerning in an election year.
Despite Chief Financial Officer John Lawler’s optimistic remarks about future profitability and customer adoption, the reality suggests otherwise. Ford’s flagship electric vehicle, the F-150 Lightning pickup, saw diminished demand, leading to production cuts. This setback is notable, especially as Biden’s administration aimed for 50% of new vehicle sales to be electric by 2030.

General Motors has also dialed back production and tempered expectations, posting a $1.7 billion loss on electric vehicles in just the fourth quarter of 2023. Ford went on to state: “We said yesterday that we will launch our second-generation EVs when they can be profitable and deliver the kind of returns we want, and we will build a stand-alone profitable EV business. Meantime, we’re improving the contribution margin of our first-generation EVs.”
